Great question! There are a couple sensitive items in this website that we definitely don't want anyone knowing! That's why we encrypt and hash all passwords and name submissions. Rest assured that not even the Team can see who you submit unless there's a match!

To limit the number of unsolicited emails we send out, we don't tell you that someone submitted your name if you already made an account. If you get an email saying someone submitted your name, it means we also don't have a record of your account. If you think something is off, please let us know!
